Genome-wide Transcriptome Analysis Reveals the Gene Regulatory Network in Star Fruit Flower Blooming

نویسندگان

چکیده

The star fruit is a perennial woody tree, which can blossom and bear many times year. time quantity of flowering are the key indicators its economic value. However, molecular mechanism still unknown. This study provides genome-wide analysis genes fruit. Based on previous morphological flower bud differentiation, reproductive buds, vegetative buds mature leaves were sampled for transcriptome analysis. results showed that expression GI, COL4, COL5, FT, FCA, FVE, PIF4, LFY, SVP-like, AP1 FUL was correlated with floral induction transition. TFL1, SVP-like (Yangtao2015203 Yangtao2021074) inhibition Thus, we proposed putative network blooming in useful information investigating genetic other trees.

Transcriptome analysis reveals novel players in the cranial neural crest gene regulatory network.

The neural crest is an embryonic stem cell population that gives rise to a multitude of derivatives. In particular, the cranial neural crest (CNC) is unique in its ability to contribute to both facial skeleton and peripheral ganglia. To gain further insight into the molecular underpinnings that distinguish the CNC from other embryonic tissues, we have utilized a CNC-specific enhancer as a tool ...

Genome-Wide Analysis of Wilms' Tumor 1-Controlled Gene Expression in Podocytes Reveals Key Regulatory Mechanisms.

The transcription factor Wilms' tumor suppressor 1 (WT1) is key to podocyte development and viability; however, WT1 transcriptional networks in podocytes remain elusive. We provide a comprehensive analysis of the genome-wide WT1 transcriptional network in podocytes in vivo using chromatin immunoprecipitation followed by sequencing (ChIPseq) and RNA sequencing techniques. Our data show a specifi...

Genome-wide analysis of the skeletogenic gene regulatory network of sea urchins.

A central challenge of developmental and evolutionary biology is to understand the transformation of genetic information into morphology. Elucidating the connections between genes and anatomy will require model morphogenetic processes that are amenable to detailed analysis of cell/tissue behaviors and to systems-level approaches to gene regulation. The formation of the calcified endoskeleton of...

Boundary-dominant flower blooming simulation

This paper presents a new simulation method for flower blossom, which is based on a biological observation that flower opening is caused by a boundary-dominant morphological transition in a curved lamina. We use an elastic triangular mesh to represent a flower petal and adopt the in-plane expansion to induce the global bending. Out-of-plane curl plays an auxiliary role in reducing the curvature...
